 Hotel Countessa
The magic that surrounds this verdant oasis is mystifying to all who visit San Antonio's famed River Walk every year. At the heart and soul of this gently winding waterway is Hotel Contessa, one of the River Walk's sparkling gems.

The San Antonio Riverwalk, sometimes known as Paseo Del Río, is a winding network of walkways along the banks of the San Antonio River, one story beneath approximately 5 miles of downtown San Antonio. Lined by bars, shops and restaurants, the Riverwalk is an important part of the city's urban fabric and a tourist attraction in its own right.  It connects the major tourist draws from the Alamo to Rivercenter Mall, Marriage Island, Arneson River Theatre and La Villita, the San Antonio Museum of Art, and the Pearl Brewery. More than 20 events take place on the Riverwalk every year.

The all-suites Hotel Contessa celebrates the River Walk with a special package designed to take advantage of the perfect weather for walking.

Book the Explore River Walk Package and receive:

• Overnight Luxury Suite Accommodations
• Daily Breakfast Buffet in Las Ramblas
• River Walk Boat Tour Tickets
• Wireless Internet Access

The Westin La Cantera Resort offers breathtaking views of downtown and the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Built on the site of an abandoned limestone rock quarry, "la cantera" in Spanish, the resort's intimate setting seems like it's a world away from the city, yet the famous River Walk and the Alamo, two of San Antonio's most-visited attractions, are just 20 minutes away.
