The Iguazu Grand Resort Spa and Casino

The hotel was inaugurated on July 6, 1998 and was remodeled by the current owners in 2002, becoming the most luxurious resort in the area. In 2002, the old casino was knocked down and the new casino, theatre, tennis courts, spa, and Playland (a recreation center for children and adolescents ages 3-21 years old) were added. In 2003, The Iguazu Grand Resort Spa & Casino became a member of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World Consortium. In 2005, the hotel added 48 new junior suites and remodeled La Terraza restaurant. In 2006, it won the award for South America's Leading Casino Resort.
