The Brand New Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach opening in 2014

InterContinental Dubai Festival City Four Seasons has announced its first property in the United Arab Emirates within Dubai Festival City. Located at the northern end of Jumeirah Beach Road, away from the city’s other resorts clustered in the Palm Jumeirah area, the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has broken ground on a 11-acre (4.45 hectare) natural waterfront site. Expected to open by mid 2014 the Four Seasons in Dubai features the following:

- World class Spa

- Indoor and outdoor pools

- Tennis Courts

- Private Beach Club with exclusive access to 270 metres (886 feet) of beach fronting the Arabian Gulf

- Ultra-exclusive residential apartments

- 140,000sqm of floor area across a 33 storey hotel tower and garden suites, a 41 storey residential tower and garden villas, recreation facilities, and a range of food and beverage options

- With 237 rooms, including 49 suites, the Resort will target an almost equal mix of leisure and business guests

- A distinct leaning towards a residential style product while offering business guests the famous Four Seasons personalized support and service

- Function spaces with beachfront access including a 600 square metre ballroom and five meeting rooms.

- Design and achitecture by WATG, with interior design by San Fransisco based BAMO

Dubai Festival City currently features 4 hotels, the 316 room Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, 3 InterContinental hotels and residences, as well as the future 330 room W Dubai Festival City.
