Travel + Leisure's 2011 "It List" of the World's Best New Hotels

For the last six years, Travel + Leisure has published an annual "It List" of the world's hottest new hotels. Last year the magazine's editors singled out just 45 noteworthy newcomers, and this year, the number's climbed up to 50- in all corners of the globe. The USA Today Hotel Check-in blog got a sneak peek at the list today, which they organized by type of hotel. We were thrilled to see some of our faves make the list, like Le Royal Monceau in Paris, the Saffire Freycinet in Tasmania, the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, and the W Retreat Koh Samui in Thailand.
