Rather than traditional guest rooms or suites, all accommodations are set within traditional Moroccan Riads, which are private residences set among gardens. Spanning three levels, the ground floor has a central courtyard around a living room, bar, dining room, and outdoor patio. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, and there are rooftop terraces with Moroccan tents and plunge pools, with swimming pools for the larger Riads. Mixing traditional with modernity, the 53 Riads have control touch panels in every room and roofs equipped with rain sensors that close automatically at the first drop of rain. Featuring authentic Moroccan furnishings, the residences have original works of art, silks and brocades, custom made furniture, and LCD TVs with international satellite channels. Plus, Riads with two or more bedrooms have designated butler service.

The three-level Royal Mansour Marrakech Spa offers an exclusive sanctuary designed to stimulate the senses and encourage relaxation. Featuring a serene white setting accented with colorful floral bouquets and the sound of fountains, there are spa cabins with an array of massages, facials, aesthetic, beauty, and hydrotherapy menu options. There's a Watsu bath area, boutique, and relaxation area, as well as a tea lounge with herbal teas, juices, and healthy cuisine. The indoor swimming pool is set within an orangery-style pavilion, and there is a state-of-the-art fitness center.

For dining, there are three gourmet restaurants by Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alleno. La Table has modern dining, La Grande Table Marocaine serves authentic local dishes, and La Grande Table Française has French haute cuisine.
