The Point Welcomes Families to the Adirondacks for the First Time

December 17, 2009| By:Mary Winston Nicklin

The Point, AdirondacksFans of the exclusive Point Resort in the Adirondacks will be thrilled to learn that the resort is opening its doors to families for the first time for a period in the spring and fall. The 11-room property is the perfect symbol of the rustic elegance of the Rockefeller Great Camps, where outdoor adventures are encouraged and civilized hospitality means serious pampering and good service. Families will be welcomed from March 26-31, 2010, and from November 21- 28, 2010, with a slew of family-friendly activities (like scavenger hunts). The Point is all-inclusive-- meaning all amenities, activities, and meals are included with your accommodations. One child under age 12 may be an additional guest in your room for no fee, though if you're bringing more than one kid, or have tweens at 13 or over, they'll need separate accommodations.
