Kids’ Cooking Classes at Henrietta’s Table at The Charles Hotel, Cambridge

Winter cooking classes are back at Henrietta's Table at The Charles Hotel! Instead of letting the kids raise hell around the house this winter, take them to the restaurant famous for its outstanding brunch (Henrietta's Table has been awarded "Best Brunch in Boston" by the Improper Bostonian every year since 2001) to learn their way around the kitchen from Chef Peter Davis and his sous chefs. Classes will resume this February 2011. Past teaching topics have included: Pancakes and Toppings; Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Soup; Tasting and Cooking with American Cheeses; Vegetables with Dips and Dressings; Chocolate Chip Cookies and Build-Your-Own Ice-Cream Sandwiches; Pizza; Strawberry Shortcake. Parents usually get a discount off lunch at the resto while they wait.
