Holiday Afternoon Tea at the Willard InterContinental, Washington D.C.

Saturdays may be booked, but there are still some days available to partake in the sumptuous afternoon tea in Peacock Alley at the Willard InterContinental, available until December 31st. This could be the finest we've seen in the nation's capital featuring fresh cranberry and gingerbread scones served along with a chocolate sleigh overflowing with fresh berries dusted with powdered sugar. Seasonal teas include Chocolate Mint Truffle and Pear Caramel Truffle, or order up a glass of bubbly or a festive holiday cocktail (included in the price). Served Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 5 p.m., and from 1 p.m to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
