The Special Inauguration Menu includes Chef Esposo's interpretation of four appetizers, four entrees, and four desserts. Each dish will be attributed to a President and the year he was inaugurated. Eisenhower devotees should try the Maine Lobster Newburg, and Clintonistas will love the rosemary chicken with pecan rice, ginger carrots and broccoli.
