Say Hello to 1 Hotel South Beach

1 Hotel South Beach, the hotel formerly known as The Perry Hotel South Beach, is now
accepting reservations for stays starting the last week in March. The new name follows a
change in ownership and subsequent $100 million investment in the beachfront property.

The hotel sits on several hundred feet of shoreline within the heart of South Beach. The
Main Pool Deck, shown above, is at the center of the hotel. The 30,000 square foot space
offers guests cabanas, day beds, and 180 degrees of ocean view.

The Lobby Lounge, pictured above, was designed to blend the outside and inside together.
This is achieved by lush plants, comfortable designer furniture and unique terrariums and
living green walls.

The range of accommodations include city view, ocean view, pool view, and oceanfront
rooms and suites. Choose from King or Queen bedded rooms or from studio, one, or
two-bedroom suites.  A state-of-art fitness center, in-room massage service, and dining
options by Top Chef Tom Colicchio are a few of the other amenities available at the hotel. 

Special introductory rates are starting at $664 per night.
