The Carlyle has been a classic landmark of Manhattan’s sophisticated Upper East Side since 1930. Located just one block from Central Park, The Carlyle is a 35-story, 190-room hotel and is surrounded by galleries, designer boutiques and the city’s most popular art museums. The original Art Deco design by Dorothy Draper is blended with the legendary American style of Mark Hampton providing a true home-away-from-home feel. The Carlyle is also home to the celebrated Café Carlyle and the famed Bemelmans Bar and offers visitors a whimsical experience into an undefinable era of glamour.

Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made through Five Star Alliance under the “5 Star Signature Package." Continental breakfast is provided for two daily. A $100 USD food and beverage or spa services credit is included, to be utilized once during stay (not combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full). Also included is a welcome amenity. Upgrade, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at time of check-in and departure.

Ranging in size from 650 to 1800 square feet, the hotel's 57 suites are individually decorated in the same genteel Anglo-English style as the guest rooms. Each offers ample living space to relax and entertain. In keeping with the hotel's musical heritage, 23 suites feature Steinway or Baldwin baby-grand pianos, which are tuned twice a week.
