Win Big: Recipe Contest with Food and Wine Magazine to Celebrate Loews Hotels Bytes Menu

You could win a trip for two to the South Beach Wine and Food Festival on February 19-22, 2009 where you will showcase your winning recipe in the Grand Tasting Tent! Plus, the winning recipe will be added to the new Bytes Menu served in every Loews Hotel! In anticipation of the new Loews Hotels Bytes menu and wireless access in every Loews hotel lobby, Food & Wine mag and Loews Hotels have partnered for this cool contest. Submit your recipe for an easy-to-eat creation by November 11. The idea is to come up with a dish that oozes a full spectrum of flavors in a single bite- to be enjoyed while on your laptop. Here's the scoop on what the judges are looking for:

* easily eaten in 1 bite (3-5 pieces per order);

* designed to be served with a bamboo spear or a pick without the need for forks and knives;

* avoid overly expensive ingredients;

* avoid labor intensive techniques; and

* create with a production scale of 100 pieces at a minimum.
