Hats off to Chief Concierge Robert Watson of the Willard InterContinental Hotel in Washington D.C., who was just appointed President of Les Clefs d'Or International, the professional society of hotel concierges. Having worked as a Chief Concierge at luxury hotels spanning the globe, Watson brings over 30 years of concierge service experience to his new role.
