“Top Chef” Winner Michael Voltaggio Continues to Cook at the Langham Huntington

December 28, 2009| By:Mary Winston Nicklin

Langham HuntingtonBack in July we reported that The Langham Hotel Hungtingon in Pasadena had snagged Michael Voltaggio as Chef de Cuisine of the hotel's Michelin-starred dining room. A contestant on season six of the Bravo series Top Chef, Voltaggio had gained quite the following at The Bazaar by José Andrés at The SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, and the Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg. When Voltaggio won "Top Chef" in the season finale, a lot of fans wondered if they would still be able to sample his cuisine at The Langham. Naturally our ears perked up when HotelChatter got the scoop on Voltaggio's future plans. Rest assured, he's not leaving the hotel anytime soon to open his own resto. Make a ressie for Tuesday-Saturday nights and you'll be treated to gourmet delights from a menu that changes daily.
