The Langham Huntington Snags “Top Chef” for The Dining Room

The Langham HuntingtonThe famous Pasadena hotel has just appointed Michael Voltaggio as Chef de Cuisine of the Michelin-starred Dining Room. A contestant on season six of the Bravo series Top Chef, Voltaggio has been wowing diners at The Bazaar by José Andrés at The SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. Before his year-long stint at The Bazaar, Voltaggio was awarded accolades for his cuisine at the Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg. Now when you take a seat in The Dining Room at The Langham Huntington, you'll be treated to Voltaggio's new American cuisine showcasing the bounty of California's seasonal produce. The chef will be introducing a new menu by early August.
