The Best Resort Spas in the U.S.

Spa junkies, get a load of this. Fodor's has published a round-up of the Best Resort or Destination Spas in the U.S. as part of the Fodor's Choice Gold Awards 2010. We're not surprised by the winners: Canyon Ranch in Tucson has indeed "been a trailblazer in the business since 1979"; the Spa by Guerlain at Waldorf Astoria Orlando, designed as an Art Deco boudoir, is world-class; the El Conquistador Resort's Golden Door Spa has Puerto Rico-inspired treatments; the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, home to Mii Amo Spa, is surrounded by the magnificent red-rock country. But a few destination spas are noticeably absent. Like Sense at The Carlyle in New York and The Peninsula Spa by ESPA at The Peninsula Chicago. Check out the full list here.
