Special Introductory Rate at Mondrian South Beach

At last, the Mondrian in South Beach has confirmed its December debut-- with an announcement about special introductory rates. Get 'em while they're hot. There will be a limited supply of $195 room rates (cheap for South Beach!) available until February 28, 2009. The property will join other iconic hotels in the Morgans Hotel collection: Delano, Royalton in NYC, Sanderson in London, not to mention its LA namesake. Cutting-edge design and glamorous nightlife are just par for the course for Morgans. Situated at 1100 West Avenue, Mondrian South Beach is the first hotel outside of the Netherlands designed by Marcel Wanders, one of Fast Company's 2008 "Masters of Design." The idea with this posh landmark on Biscayne Bay? "Sleeping Beauty's castle." What we're most excited about? The glamorous outdoor bar in an oasis of lush gardens, where private cabanas are created with curtains of living foliage. Talk about poolside decadence.
