The Peninsula New York continues to set new standards for excellence with the debut of its brand new rooftop spa by ESPA: three-storeys of bliss, sprawling over 35,000 square feet, that boasts a slew of luxurious details (like 24-karat gold mosaics by Bisazza and ice fountains in the thermal suites). New York may offer a plethora of luxury spas (like the Caudalie Spa at The Plaza) but this one takes the cake. It's not just the facilities, but the views over Manhattan which take your breath away.
