Since the trendy hotel debuted in February, there's been lots of buzz about the blend of its rock star past combined with sophisticated contemporary touches. The Los Angeles Times recalled some of the lore of this storied hotel: "Rolling Stone Keith Richards and the Who's Keith Moon once hurled TVs" from the balconies. Hyatt's new Andaz brand gave it top-to-bottom renovations, getting rid of the balconies to add a lot more space to Junior Suites. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll get spectacular views of the Sunset Strip and Los Angeles. In-room perks include Frette linens, complimentary snacks and nonalcoholic beverages from the minibar, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi and iPod clock radios. The hotel's restaurant, RH, draws a crowd for its market-to-table menu featuring organic and locally sourced cuisine.
