French Kiss Martini in New Orleans at the Windsor Court Hotel

Try a signature French Kiss Martini at the hotel's Polo Club Lounge, where barman Roger Blais-- named one of Travel + Leisure's World's Greatest Hotel Bartenders-- mixes a mean drink. (A "scotch and cognac buff," he's known for "classic cocktails prepared to perfection.") Here's the recipe for his 10-year old fave:

French Kiss Martini

* 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka

* 1/3 oz. Cointreau

* 1 1/2 oz. Lillet Blonde

Pour ingredients in a martini shaker over ice, shake, and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.
