The Grand Del Mar, San DiegoReleased this week: the list of four- and five-star winners from Forbes Travel Guide, formerly the Mobil Travel Guide. This year's round-up includes 54 five-star hotels, 23 five-star restaurants, and 20 five-star spas in North America. Four-star winners include 167 hotels and resorts, 152 restaurants and 108 spas. Some analysis from the USA Today:

Longest-running five-star: The Broadmoor in Colorado, logging its 51st year. There are 23 five-star rated restaurants. As for spas, the two new (of 20) five-star oases are The Spa at The Grand Del Mar, outside San Diego, and The Spa at Mandarin Oriental in CityCenter, Las Vegas.
