Eyes Wide Shut Halloween Masquerade at St. Regis Monarch Beach

Calling all ghouls and ghosts. The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort is throwing a Halloween bash that's the place to be in Orange County on October 31st. Called the Eyes Wide Shut Halloween Masquerade, the party will draw the fashionable and the freakish to the luxury resort perched on the cliffs above the Pacific.
