The big day has arrived. With today's opening of the brand new Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, the $2.5 billion L.A. LIVE sports, residential and entertainment district is complete. Key to the revitalization of LA's downtown, the Ritz-Carlton occupies the top floors of the 54-story tower that it shares with JW Marriott Los Angeles-- an eco-friendly building that expects to earn LEED certification.
