Announcing the Gansevoort Turks and Caicos

When we saw the Gansevoort South in Miami, we were quickly smitten with the "largest rooftop playground in the country." The rooms were pretty fabulous, too. So imagine our excitement when we heard that the Gansevoort brand will open a 91-room luxury property on Grace Bay Beach in the Turks & Caicos, right on the sand facing the reef-protected ocean waters. Slated for March 2009, the Gansevoort Turks and Caicos will feature the Bagatelle Bistrot and Beach Club, the Exhale Spa (with its trademark Core Fusion classes), and a 7,000-square-foot infinity pool with "lounging islands." Back in Manhattan, the flagship Gansevoort Hotel will be joined by the Gansevoort Park in Spring 2010.
