Hawaii's Grand Wailea Resort Debuts 20 Hands Massage

You heard that right. Maui's swank Grand Wailea Resort is launching a massage in September that could be the most lavish spa treatment we've ever heard of. 20 hands, 100 fingers, 10 massage therapists and just one couple to reap the benefits... Starting in September, the 20 Hands Duo Massage will be offered to honor the resort's 20th anniversary. Here's how it works: One therapist is focused on the scalp, one on the lower left side of the body, one of the lower right side of the body and two on the upper portion of the body including back and torso. Of course, this Swedish massage technique is performed in perfect unison. The Spa Grande’s 20-Hands Duo Massage costs $2,000 including taxes and gratuities with 24 hours advance reservation required, based on availability. Needless to say, the lucky couple gets to keep their lavender-scented neck pillows after the two and a half hour massage.
