Fitness Center
The spacious, well-appointed fitness center features state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, including treadmills, Stairmasters and Life Cycles in addition to Cybex weight machines and free weights. Chilled water, towels, and fresh fruit are provided for guests’ comfort, and a dedicated personal trainer is on hand to lend expert guidance. Group yoga and meditation sessions are held in tranquil locations around the resort.
Child Programs
The resort’s Rosewood Explorers program offers a range of fun-filled activities for younger guests. The age-appropriate adventures and events are designed to celebrate Caribbean culture, stimulate curiosity and encourage a connection with the surrounding natural environment.
Pool Outdoor
The free-form Pavilion Pool offers beachfront swimming and a central place to relax. Guest can partake of classic rum punch and other refreshments with poolside service from the nearby Pavilion lounge. For families, there is a shallow pool for children to enjoy.
Spa Facility
The spa features a stunning two-tier infinity pool, outdoor relaxation areas and a hilltop yoga platform with 25-mile panoramic views of the sea. Eight treatment rooms are set along footpaths which meander through spa’s lush tropical gardens, including an exclusive Cliff Spa Suite designed for couples. All rooms feature private terraces and windows that open to the hypnotic rhythm of ocean waves. There is also a cliff-side infinity pool adjacent to the Sense Spa.
Tennis Courts On Site
Seven courts, including hard clay, natural grass and artificial grass surface. The resort's tennis program is designed for players of all skill levels, with an emphasis on fun, fitness and expert instruction. A resident pro is available for private lessons, and specialty clinics, player match-ups, round robins and mixers are held throughout the week.
Beach
Dubbed the “wilderness beach” by founder Laurance Rockefeller, the resort’s pristine, half-mile crescent beach is considered to be one of world’s finest. With accommodations located just steps from the shore, guests find it easy to explore the sandy expanse. A vibrant coral reef just off the shoreline provides excellent snorkeling and protects the bay, ensuring calm waters for year-round swimming.
There are seven secluded beaches on Virgin Gorda, several of which can only be accessed by sea. Unique in character, the remote beaches offer a range of snorkeling opportunities, sunset views, levels of privacy and varieties of sand. On request, the resort transports guests via water taxi to the beach of their choice, where they can spend a few hours exploring the sands and surf. An umbrella, towels and snorkel equipment are provided, and the resort’s chefs can prepare a gourmet picnic lunch to bring along.
Dining
Rosewood Little Dix Bay features three distinctive restaurants in view of the sea. The elevated dining experiences range from handcrafted tapas to wholesome slow food to contemporary farm-to-table fare.
Hiking
There are two hiking trails on the property. The Cow Hill Trail winds behind the spa on the west side of the resort, offering spectacular views over the bay and marina. The more challenging Savannah Bay Trail starts at the eastern end of the resort and culminates at Savannah Bay.

Situated near the beach, the Ocean View Cottage features a king bed, a bathroom with dual vanities and a relaxing rain shower, and a furnished patio where guests can enjoy Virgin Gorda’s gentle trade winds and splendid views of the sea. Grouped in sets of four, some Ocean View Cottages offer adjoining patios which are ideal for families traveling with children.
