Excellent accommodation.

Set amidst a 265-acre country estate with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance, the Goodstone Inn & Restaurant is a world-class luxury country retreat, ideal for romantic getaways, private corporate retreats and country weddings of distinction. Relax in the unspoiled natural beauty, tranquility and privacy of Goodstone while enjoying the finest in Southern hospitality and personal service.

Guestrooms and suites are available in four of the former estate homes, which have been meticulously restored - The Carriage House, The Dutch Cottage, The Spring House, and The French Farm Cottage. All offer picturesque views of the estate's rolling hills with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. The natural unspoiled beauty of the estate makes Goodstone an oasis in the country where guests can rest, relax, and rejuvenate.

Goodstone's amenity program has been custom designed to ensure the comfort of each guest and to accentuate the residential ambiance of a fine country estate.

Location Summary
Just outside of historic Middleburg, and nestled in the heart of Virginia's finest hunt and wine country, Goodstone is very convenient to both Washington, DC & Dulles International Airport.

Directions to Hotel
DIRECTIONS TO THE GOODSTONE INN FROM DULLES AIRPORT - 1. Heading west on the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267), take Route 28 south (Centreville) exit. 2. Travel on Route 28 south about six miles to Route 50. 3. Take Route 50 West towards Winchester, VA 4. Route 50 will bring you right into the village of Middleburg. 5. Look for the stoplight in the center of our village. (it’s the only one, folks, welcome to the country!) 6. Take a right at this light which is labeled North Madison Street 7. Bear right around the funny "Y" in the road and continue north 8. This road then changes name to Foxcroft Road or Route 626 9. Go past the Middleburg Elementary School, which you will see on your right 10. Travel straight on Foxcroft Road for approximately 2.5 miles 11. Cross over Benton’s Bridge (with rusted guard rails) and be prepared for a sharp right 12. After you have crossed the bridge take the first left to Snake Hill Road 13. Travel 150 yards and look to your left for the "Goodstone" wooden sign on our driveway entrance wall. 14. Drive up the steep hill to the top of the driveway and you will see The Carriage House directly in front of you. 15. Arrival parking is located in front of the Carriage House 16. We are waiting to welcome you to Goodstone in the Carriage House.

Take Route 15 north about 8-10 miles to Route 50. 4. Turn left onto Route 50 West. 5. Route 50 will bring you right into the village of Middleburg. 6.
