February 28, 2017| By:Rachael Weir, Five Star Alliance

Mixing contemporary design and European influences, Le Meridien New Orleans provides a modern setting close to the French Quarter and downtown. Fresh off a $29 million renovation, the property offers guests the opportunity to discover the arts through its "Unlock Art" partnership program with the Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans Museum of Art, and the Ogden Musem of Southern Art. The program allows guests to visit the partner museums free of charge by showing their room keys. Read more below the photo.

Centrally located, Le Meridien New Orleans is close to the French Quarter and downtown, yet removed enough to offer a quieter environment. Guest rooms and suites feature modern decor with large flat-screen TVs, pillowtop mattresses, work desks, and oversized windows with city views. In the hotel's Hub area designed for socializing, there's the Longitude 90 espresso bar, and the LMNO Restaurant serves New Orleans-inspired cuisine with Southern influences.
