The hotel's 34 guest rooms and suites are spread throughout the property, each with old world charm and derived of ancient farm environments. All rooms are unique and enriched by works of local artisans, frescoed walls, antique furniture, iron and four-poster beds, and woven fabrics in soft and soothing colors. Guests are invited to choose a space that speaks to them from rooms in the old villa which preserve the intimate of a stay in the main house, the little chapel, rooms close to the spa, or romantic cottages sprinkled about the property.

Overlooking the hills of the Tuscan countryside, The Restaurant Il Falconiere is a Michelin Star Restaurant, borne from the ancient lemon tree. Showcasing a panoramic terrace, the menu offers authentic local cuisine, while the architecture has local elements of stone, brick, and framed arches. Since 2002, the restaurant shares the only Michelin star in the province of Arezzo with no other, in addition to the prestigious awards conferred by the leading Italian and international guides.

The solar kitchen and natural setting designed by Chef Silvia Regi Baracchi is a culinary vision where new and modern combinations are combined with old themes in a perfect balance. The high quality of the ingredients, respect of seasonality, and use of local products are the guiding principles of all dishes on the menu, which are enhanced by a prestigious selection of wines including those from the company Baracchi. Plus, guests can partake in cooking classes taught by Chef Silvia Baracchi herself.

The Thesan Spa offers an intimate retreat with an array of rejuvenating treatments. The water vapor and relaxation area has a heated pool with Chiana Valley views as far as the eye can see, and on cold days the atmosphere is warmed by flames in the stone-chiseled fireplace. The treatments follow the cycle of the seasons, with treatments highlighting local ingredients like olive oil and wine.
