Reservations must be made through Five Star Alliance under the “5 Star Signature Package" or rate plan "Best Available Rate." Full breakfast is provided daily. Location Summary
The resort is located in a new 60-acre luxury lifestyle development being built on the shores of the Bay of Boka Kotorska in Montenegro. Established to rival the hotspots of the Mediterranean, the nautical playground provides guests with the ability to explore the bay by luxury yacht, snorkel undiscovered caves, and sail the calm waters. Besides One&Only, the destination will offer the 238-berth D-Marin Portonovi Marina, located at the sheltered entrance of Boka Bay, ideal for superyachts. The resort will also have its own private jetty. Located in the heart of Boka Bay, the resort has close proximity to the two historic Medieval towns of Perast and Kotor, as well as the Adriatic Coast, making it an ideal destination for yacht and speed boat day trips and sightseeing. Kotor is a popular destination and UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, due to its historical and cultural significance.

Located on the west side of Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea, Portonovi is an easy drive from both Dubrovnik and Tivat, both of which are served by a variety of airlines, and well-equipped to handle private jets. Private transfers are a 50-minute drive from Tivat International Airport and just around an hour from Dubrovnik International Airport.
