Opened in 2023, the 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis brings a luxury boutique hotel and contemporary art museum to downtown St. Louis, restoring the YMCA building located at 1528 Locust Street, walking distance to downtown attractions and nightlife. The hotel will feature a Free Contemporary Art Museum with over 13,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space, open 7 days a week, 365 days a year – free of charge. As well as 173 spacious guest rooms; Two 21c Suites; Two Food & Beverage options; Unique meeting and event spaces to accommodate groups of various sizes including a 4,200 sq. ft.
