Following a major renovation, Le Meridien Seoul, formerly the Ritz-Carlton, Seoul opened in September 2017 as the first Le Meridien in Korea. Offering 336 modern rooms, including 109 club rooms and 29 suites, the hotel’s mid-century style accommodations are furnished with a relaxing color palette of green, blue, and lavender. There are leather screens with pojagi patterns and architectural details infused with Korean heritage, LM Beds with Sealy mattresses, and custom clothes-hanging systems. While suites feature larger spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the 12th-floor Le Meridien Club Lounge with food, drinks, workstations, and meeting rooms.
The property's three distinct restaurants and bars feature the culinary artistry of Edward Kwon, one of Korea's top chefs. Elements serves Korean, Japanese, Chinese and halal specialties, while Chef's Palette has all-day dining with a winter garden and outdoor terrace, and Latitude 37.3 transforms from a social hub to an evening cocktail bar.
For recreation, the pool area and fitness facilities offering a relaxing setting. There's the M Contemporary Art Center located on the second floor of the hotel, plus creative meeting and event space infused with natural light and state-of-the-art technology for up to 500 guests.
