Opened in September 2021, Casa Cipriani is located on the water in Lower Manhattan, the iconic Battery Maritime Building, one of the last remaining Beaux-Arts style ferry terminals of the twentieth century, designed in 1906, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The building also includes a private member club.

Meticulously restored and with interiors designed by world-renowned French architect Thierry Despont and features forty-seven guest rooms and a number of individually decorated suites, with private balconies overlooking the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty.
