The Miami Beach EDITION features 294 guest rooms, suites and bungalows as well as a soaring penthouse; a restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and a gourmet marketplace with a variety of food and beverages for dining in or on the go; a lobby bar with a direct view of the ocean-the only one in Miami Beach; a full floor entertainment area complete with a bowling alley, ice-skating rink and nightclub all with a state-of-the-art sound system as well as dramatic lighting and projection effects created by world-renowned lighting designer Patrick Woodruff; two outdoor pools with outdoor bars, personal cabanas and lounge areas; an outdoor movie theatre and private beach; 70,000 square feet of private beach front and an 1,800 square foot, 24-hour state-of-the-art high performance fitness center and spa.

Start out going south on FL-953/NW 42nd Ave toward NW 14th St. Take the ramp toward NW 125th St. Merge onto NW 21st St. Turn left to take the FL-953 N/Le Jeune Rd ramp toward FL-112/I-95. Turn slight left to take the FL-953 N/Le Jeune Rd ramp toward FL-112/I-95. Turn slight right onto NW 42nd Ave/FL-953. Merge onto FL-112 E/Airport Expy E toward I-95/Miami Beach/Ft Lauderdale (Portions toll). FL-112 E/Airport Expy E becomes I-195 E. I-195 E becomes W 41st St. Turn right onto Indian Creek Dr/FL-A1A. Continue to follow FL-A1A. Turn left onto Collins Ave/FL-A1A. Hotel is on the right.

8,300 square foot private event space accommodates up to 550 guests for banquets; 832 for receptions; 928 for theater seating; 528 for classroom set-ups and has its own dedicated entrance on Collins Avenue as well as a 3,200 square foot naturally lit pre-function space and 2,400 square foot private outdoor event terrace with an expansive ocean view.

Three flexible meeting studios with natural light range in size from 522 square feet to 754 square feet and can be combined to accommodate up to 120 guests for banquets; 190 for receptions; 117 for classroom set-ups and 136 guests for theater seating.
