Set in the heart of downtown Miami, the new 49-story, 646-room luxury tower, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, presents accommodations ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites. Named after Elser Pier, the sky-high hotel invites guests to enjoy views of Biscayne Bay, alongside a host of onsite amenities including pool with lounges, a 16-foot LED screen wall, a 19,000-square-foot sun deck and an event lawn.

Location Summary
Set in the heart of downtown Miami, The hotel and Elser Pier’s idyllic positioning in the booming downtown corridor facilitated its position as Miami’s premier venue for entertainment and conventions. The pier’s multitude of venues and waterfront vistas served as an attraction for tourists and nearby residents. The hotel is 7 miles away from Miami International airport which is approximately a 30-minute drive.
Fine Dining On Site
Vice Versa, an intimate cocktail bar and restaurant located on our lobby level, coming soon. There is also a Rooftop Bar on the pool deck.
Fitness Center
There is a state-of-the-art multiple level fitness center which is open 24 hours. Additionally, fitness classes are available on a weekly basis as well as an outdoor yoga deck.
