Standing 73 stories tall in the heart of the city's historic, entertainment, financial, arts, and sports districts, the property is steps from the Los Angeles Convention Center, STAPLES Center, and the GRAMMY Museum LA LIVE. With an iconic sail, the new architectural icon is the tallest building west of Chicago, that seamlessly blends with the fabric of downtown Los Angeles.
