Raffles London is located in what was the Old War Office building, known today as The OWO. It was once home to legends such as Sir Winston Churchill. Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond, was a regular visitor to the building. Located in the heart of Whitehall, the building has been meticulously restored and is now home to Raffles London at The OWO.
