The historic Savoy Hotel and Grill building has been transformed into 21c Kansas City. The 120 guest rooms and suites provide a welcomed sanctuary from the art and activity that fills the 21c galleries. Designed by renowned architecture firm Deborah Berke Partners and KC-based firm Hufft Projects, rooms have high ceilings, contemporary furnishings, large windows, and beautiful original artwork. The Main Gallery seats groups of up to 120 and receptions as large as 150, while our more intimate spaces are perfect for rehearsal dinners and receptions. The culinary team at The Savoy can prepare a catering menu specifically tailored to your needs.
Meeting Space
A large ballroom, several gallery spaces, a conference room and a private rooftop suite are available. The conference room includes state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities for up to 12, and private meeting areas for groups of 10 and greater.
Fine Dining On Site
Once the oldest restaurant west of the Mississippi, The Savoy has played host to many prominent figures, including President Truman, whose favorite booth is still commemorated in the historic lounge. Adjacent to the bar and lounge, there is a new contemporary and light-filled dining room.

From rotating, curated exhibitions, to site-specific installations and cultural programming, 21c Museum offers the local and traveling community unprecedented access to the work of some of today’s emerging artists.
