Fine Dining On Site

The spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from the terrace complement the traditional Rapa Nui and International cuisine. Ceviches, carpaccios and stone-cooked tuna are someof the typical dishes highlighted in the menu. Chilean wines are showcased. Ecological Tourism
The Moai, the island’s gigantic stone statues are the most unique and idiosyncratic elements of the Rapa Nui culture. Today, the island is considered “A Wonder of the World,” and a UNESCO Heritage Site: a reflection of the awe and curiosity that it awakens in all visitors. Nobody knows how the statues were created but they attest to the courage, ingenuity and determination of the human spirit. It is believed that every Moai represents an ancestor, a leader, a beloved forefather. Until today, the faces of the statues are called “Aringa Ora,” living faces of loved and revered ancestors.
Hiking
The island can be explored on foot, bike, motorcycle or by hiking, every time discovering a mysterious and fascinating culture. Bike through archaeological remains and the Ana Kakenga cave; trek the island’s first volcano enjoying the Poike reforested park; or hike the Ara Moai, one of the most important volcanic craters on the island. In all activities, you’ll encounter Moais.

A snorkeling adventure along the caves or weather permitting a scuba diving expedition can be arranged at the hotel with an outside company.
Shopping
Local crafts, included carved moais are available. A shopping area is close to hotel.
