Lime Wood, a boutique country house hotel, is set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, 1.5 miles from the small town of Lyndhurst. Under 2 hours by car and by train from London, 22 miles from Winchester and 12 Miles from Southampton, Lime Wood is set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Hampshire, with extensive restored gardens and grounds adjoining both forest and parkland.
Directions to Hotel
From the M3 - after junction 13 the M3 divides (Junction 13)- follow the signs to join the M27 West to Bournemouth and Poole. Exit M27 at Junction 2 (Fawley, Totton, HGV Lyndhurst) and take the A326 following signs for Fawley. Continue on the A326 for approximately 3 miles until you see signs for the A35 Lyndhurst, turn left onto the slip road which will bring you to a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights onto the A35. At the next roundabout (after c.50 yards) take the first left exit (proceeding virtually straight ahead on the A35). Continue on the A35 passing through Ashurst and after c.4 miles you reach the ‘Welcome to Lyndhurst' sign. Continue for approximately 80 yards after the sign until you reach the first left turning after the sign (signposted to Beaulieu). Turn left onto the Beaulieu Road continue along the road for c.1 mile until you reach the white Lime Wood sign - the hotel is situated on the right.

The top floor of our Herb House is devoted to fitness and health with a state-of-the-art gym with forest views and the very latest Technogym equipment with computer memory card system so users can track their fitness progress. A selection of classes is offered daily in the workout studio & lap pool. In the summer time, some fitness classes are held on the Herb House Roof Garden & in the forest.
