Following a comprehensive redesign by renowned architect John Simpson and interior designer Martin Brudnizki, the 192 room, centrally located, University Arms Hotel, Autograph Collection reimagines the original hotel with discreet notes of Edwardian and Victorian architecture. Echoes of the former University Arms take pride-of-place throughout the hotel; the iconic stain glass windows remain in some of the suites, Parker's Tavern and in the Ballroom. The original fireplace is the centerpiece of the cozy, book-lined library. Enjoy locally sourced and season cuisine in Parker's Tavern, a modern British brasserie managed by Chef Patron Tristan Welch.
