Trump Turnberry

Following a multi-million dollar renovation, the Trump Turnberry reopened in June 2016. Set on a richly historic landscape, the opulent property offers the legendary Ailsa Championship golf course, golf academy, world-class restaurants, state-of-the-art ballroom, and the Lighthouse Suite. The fully remodeled resort has played a key role in its 110 year history, including serving as the Royal Air Force Base during both World Wars and multiple championship golf tournaments. The site was also the birthplace of Robert the Bruce, King and Founder of Scotland, in 1307.

The hotel's luxurious guest rooms and suites reflect the history of the resort with hand carved walnut burl mahogany beds with tartan canopies, and handcrafted bedside tables with gold leaf details. There are large flat-screen TVs, work spaces, and bathrooms with separate free standing bathtubs and walk-in showers. The unique Turnberry Lighthouse underwent a complete transformation, offering a grand escape with two bedrooms, a private balcony, and unrivaled views of the Irish Sea and Isle of Arran.

Following an extensive redesign by Martin Ebert, the iconic Ailsa championship golf course reopened. It's hosted the Open Championship four times, and offers famous greens known the world over. In 2017, the resort's second course, The Bruce will open. There's also an on-site golf academy and junior golf programs.

Overlooking the Irish Sea, the resort offers multiple dining options, including The Duel In The Sun offering an international menu, locally sourced seafood, and afternoon tea. As well as 1906 | Il Tramonto At 1906, and the Grand Tea Lounge & Bar.

The Spa at Turnberry offers panoramic views of the Irish Sea, along with bespoke ESPA Treatments such as body wraps, body scrubs and massages, including Hot Stone therapy, hydrotherapy, reflexology and aromatherapy. There are relaxation rooms, heat experiences, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and fitness studio. In addition, the spa offer innovative ishga treatments that incorporate organic Scottish seaweed to repair, moisturize, and revitalize skin.

For recreation, there are supervised children's programs during the summer months, along with family adventures like mini highland games, quad biking, archery, and air rifle shooting.
