(In the southern hemisphere, where the seasons are reversed, Sofitel Hotels are treating guests to a chocolate-filled special.) Besides a sumptuous picnic basket, packed to the brim with gourmet delights by Sofitel chefs, guests will get a complimentary fourth night and late-check out at 4 pm. Whether hitting the beach in Miami, exploring European urban centers (like Brussels, Lisbon, Munich, or Paris), or lounging by Lake Michigan in Chicago, the lavish picnic basket lets travelers lunch in the unique setting they are visiting.
