Your burger is served in two unique styles, so you start with a burger garnished with Iceberg lettuce, candied tomato, fontina cheese and mustard, then continue on to the second, more intense burger with stewed onion rings, fried quail egg and ketchup. Accompanying this gourmet platter is a plate of oven-cooked potato cloves and classic sauces. Delish.
