A Gourmet Italian Burger at the Park Hyatt Milan

Think high-tech guest rooms, a spa with pastel Venetian stucco finishes, and refined restaurants. Here at La Cupola restaurant, even a Club Sandwich has become famous, winning international awards. Now Chef Filippo Gozzoli has reinvented the Burger with Italian flair. First-class Piedmont beef (flavorful and tender, just the way we like it) is cooked to your liking and sandwiched between two soft, sesame-covered rolls. The best part? Your burger is served in two unique styles, so you start with a burger garnished with Iceberg lettuce, candied tomato, fontina cheese and mustard, then continue on to the second, more intense burger with stewed onion rings, fried quail egg and ketchup. Accompanying this gourmet platter is a plate of oven-cooked potato cloves and classic sauces. Delish.
