3. A Thousand and One Nights Dinner -- Guests are guided on an unforgettable gastronomic journey conceptualized and prepared by Executive Chef Fabrice Guisset, set on the beach underneath a canopy of sparkling lights.

Recently we had the opportunity to ask Las Ventanas al Paraiso's Managing Director Frederic Vidal about the new offerings. Get his perspective on the newest offerings at Las Ventanas al Paraiso below. 

Q: What inspired the new experiences at Las Ventanas al Paraiso?

Mr. Vidal: Our “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences started in 2015 to a fantastic response, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing the most unique experiences to our guests. For this season’s collection, we once again tapped into the rich culture and heritage of Baja California to create different experiences that cannot be found elsewhere. Our culinary experiences, for example, are inspired by native cooking techniques, and our newest spa treatment is made from aloe vera grown from the resort’s very own gardens.

Q: Of the new offerings, what is your personal favorite experience?

Mr. Vidal: My personal favorite is “A Thousand and One Nights,” an private and intimate outdoor dinner where guests immerse in the beauty of Los Cabos. Guests dine under a beautiful canopy decorated with sparkling lights to stunning views of the white-sand beach and Sea of Cortez. Coupled with a specially-designed menu conceptualized by our amazing Executive Chef Fabrice Guisset, this dinner is truly a magical and unforgettable experience.

Q: In addition to the new offerings, what are the top three amenities/services you'd recommend as must-try for first-time visitors to Las Ventanas al Paraiso?

Mr. Vidal: “Sleeping Under the Stars” is one of Las Ventanas’ signature experiences, where guests enjoy an intimate night outdoors as they fall asleep together beneath the stars and awake to a magical sunrise. I also recommend our Tequila Sign classes, which is a blind tasting where our onsite experts help find the tequila that matches you most.
