Geneva on the Lake is an elegant and historic Italianate villa resort in Geneva, New York, overlooking the lake in the midst of the scenic Finger Lakes Wine Country. Situated on 10 beautiful acres and open year-round, with formal gardens, classical sculptures, boathouse, and outdoor pool. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property is set within a mansion that served as both a private home and a monastery, before being transformed into a resort.

The 29 guest suites are set throughout the three-story villa. Featuring vintage architecture, Stickley furniture, and antiques, the accommodations offer luxurious accommodations, along with estate views. Many of the suites have fireplaces and whirlpools, as well as sitting areas and canopy beds.

Fine dining is available at the property, and is served in historic rooms with old-world charm. There’s also an outdoor terrace which overlooks the formal gardens, where dinner is served during the warmer months.
