Flemings Mayfair boasts three private dining rooms. The spacious Clarges Suite can accommodate up to 22 guests and features natural daylight. With a 65” flat screen TV and state-of-the-art AV equipment, it is the ideal venue for a board meeting or a private dinner. Sitting up to 12 people, the beautifully designed Half Moon Suite also features comprehensive AV equipment, thus offering the perfect space for business meetings. The privacy of this suite also makes it a venue of choice for intimate dinners, master classes or Michelin-awarded chef Shaun Rankin's tasting menu. Recently refurbished, the beautiful Tyburn Suite has a seating capacity of six. Located on the ground floor at Flemings Mayfair, it features natural daylight and can be used for intimate meetings or private dinners.

Shaun Rankin received a Michelin star in 2005 for his first restaurant in the Channel Islands. He held this for eight years until the launch of his second restaurant in 2013 for which he was awarded a Michelin star just four months after opening. His latest venture at Ormer Mayfair continues this celebration in the accolades it has received since opening. It has been voted one of the top 5 restaurants in London by the Hardens Restaurant Guide 2018 and is consistently rated as one of the top 10 restaurants in London for Fine Dining on TripAdvisor. Ormer Mayfair was featured on the BBC MasterChef show. Shaun Rankin's love for the Channel Islands and their local food is reflected in the Ormer Mayfair menu by offering seasonal produce including fresh lobster and hand-picked shoreline foraged herbs. Flemings Mayfair’s Studio Suites boast exclusive mini gin ‘honesty’ bars offering guests self-serve tipples. Each bar contains premium gins, including Sipsmith; No.3; Monkey 47, made with an impressive 47 botanicals, German gin; The Botanist; and Dodd’s which features unusual botanicals such as red raspberry leaf. Traditional ingredients such as classic vermouths of Punt E Mess, and Campari are provided along with cocktail making equipment, recipe cards and advice on signature serves to make the perfect Negroni to Dirty Martini, while an array of eclectic tonics, including ‘Double Dutch’, allow guests to experiment with a take on a classic G&T.
