No. 1 Pery Square is one of a terrace of six Georgian houses built c. 1830 by the Pery Square Tontine Company. This terrace is widely regarded as being the best example of late Georgian Architecture in Limerick and probably in Ireland.

No. 1 Pery Square has been fully restored with all its original architectural features expertly reinstated in precise detail. The décor and some furnishings are also of the Georgian era. It has become one of the best business hotels in Limerick.

We can accommodate up to 70 persons comfortably in our Drawing Room or Brasserie. Our private terrace/garden is perfect for summer receptions and cosy up to the roaring fires in the Park Room at wintertime.

At Brasserie One our philosophy is to serve quality food, Alan and his team cook simple dishes, sometimes rustic sometimes classic, using the freshest of local ingredients, local suppliers and sensibly priced. Our friendly staff can aid you in selecting from our wonderful wine list.
