Pelican Hill is perched upon the coastline, just south of Newport Beach. The Resort is a 15-minute drive from Orange County's John Wayne Airport, and a 45-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport.
Directions to Hotel
To reach The Resort at Pelican Hill from San Diego International Airport, follow Harbor Drive out of the airport to Interstate 5 North for approximately 65 miles. Merge onto CA-73 North toward Long Beach (toll applies). Take the Newport Coast Drive exit and turn left onto Newport Coast Drive. Take a right onto Pelican Hill Road South. The Resort's Southern California location is easily reached from Los Angeles International Airport. Simply follow the signs exiting LAX to 405 Freeway South. Proceed on Interstate 405 for approximately 35 miles. Merge onto CA-73 South toward San Diego (toll applies). Exit Newport Coast Drive and follow to Pelican Hill Road South and turn right. The Resort at Pelican Hill is only minutes from the John Wayne Airport. Take a right out of the airport onto MacArthur Boulevard for approximately 2 miles, merge onto the CA-73 South toward San Diego (toll applies). Take the Newport Coast Drive exit and follow to Pelican Hill Road South and turn right.
Banquets & Meetings
Housed in two separate structures and nestled on a terraced hillside with a backdrop of fragrant gardens and ocean views are the most stunning event centers ever created. They accommodate 20,000 square feet of flexible space that can be used in whatever manner or configuration one desires. As with the entire resort, these spaces have a Tuscan feel and feature Palladian architecture.
Fine Dining On Site
All five restaurants and cafes offer exquisite fare in an al fresco setting. Every meal can be enjoyed inside or outside on the heated ocean-view terraces.
Child Programs
Camp Pelican offers activities such as arts and crafts, sand castle building, dance lessons and yoga to spark your child's creativity and imagination.
Pool Outdoor
Inspired by its namesake, this pool is in a perfect circle 136 feet in diameter. Luxuriously furnished cabanas provide the perfect hideaway and refreshments are available from the fun & casual Coliseum Grill. There are also three villa pools and a Camp Pelican pool just for kids.
Spa Facility
22 treatment rooms, fitness center, salon and spa boutique. They also offer classes and experiences to make the most of their coastal location.

36 holes of Tom Fazio-designed golf, clubhouse, men and women's locker rooms, Golf Shop, Caffe II and Pelican Grill & Lounge.
