Reservations must be made through Five Star Alliance under the “5 Star Signature Package." When booking a superior room, buffet breakfast is provided for two daily at Marco Polo Ballroom. When booking from deluxe double room and above: buffet breakfast for two daily at Marco Polo Ballroom and an $100 food and beverage credit is included, once during stay (not valid for mini bar, not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed). Upgrade is subject to availability at time of check-in.

Taxis are also available on arrival. By train-The Santa Lucia railway station is about 2 km (1 1/4 miles) from the hotel (20 minutes by taxi).
